Uh-oh
Seyward Darby is writing about education reform again. This hardly ever ends well.
Given the bill is already moving forward, it seems a risky strategy to veto a bill that has both war finding and special money to avoid teacher layoffs.
Reform might be important but priorities seem to suggest that this would be a poor time for 100,000 additional teacher layoffs given the expiration of ARRA.
