I took it as pointing out how hard structural reform can be when you have an austerity mindset. <br /><br />Ironically, private market education in the United States is likely to look a lot more like college (prices explode due to competition to be in "the best" school). One has to ask if the median college student in the United States has more value for education than the median student in Canada or Britain (obviously the very top do, but that's hardly a compelling argument for social policy).Josephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10760453165301871031noreply@blogger.com
